Located in Tampa, Florida. The statue is called "Nemo on Steroids". It is in downtown Tampa, next to the Convention Center by Harbour Island :)

I don't know if the light comes on at night but if Hank were ever to get a picture with this...he should definitely try to get one with the light on :)
