But I think I see your problem :D

I'm guessing that while you were drawing this, you were looking at the picture at a slight angle, so the picture looked proportional. This has happened to me :)

Everything is fine except for the face. The eyes, nose, mouth, ears and hair are all in proportion to each other, just the height of the head is a bit short.

Otherwise great work!
