Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more

Books: Life of Pi (Yann Martel), A Tree Grows in Brooklyn (Betty Smith), The Lord of the Rings (J. R. R. Tolkien), The Fault in Our Stars (as if I really have to say), The Hero and the Crown (Robin McKinley), The Ancestor's Tale (Richard Dawkins) and an awful lot more.

Movies: I am an action movie person. I like Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, The Bourne Trilogy, Inglourious Basterds, Ocean's 11, etc. Nothing too radical. I'd be lying if I said I don't still enjoy Disney movies, as well.

I also watch faaaaar too much television. I love PBS NOVA, all of the usual British cult series, NBC sit-coms and Arrested Development, Chuck, Buffy, Firefly, Game of Thrones (also love the books), and Once Upon a Time. Like I said, I watch far too much television.

Mostly I listen to alternative music, though I have a soft spot for awkward dated hip hop (think Kanye or the Black Eyed Peas about 10 years ago)--and of course Chameleon Circuit.

If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?

Amazingphil, Professor McGonagall, Neil deGrasse Tyson, and the VlogBrothers. We'd all make quite a team.
