Hello nerdfighters,I recently discovered Hank and John on YouTube and am working my way through their videos. In the meantime I thought I would join this thriving community. I always knew I was a nerd (I'm a geek too, by my definitions anyway) but I never realized that by adding '~fighter' my entire body would turn to awesome. - I haven't quite grasped all the options, and wouldn't want to specialise too early
- About Me:
- American, British and Austrian. Enjoys watersports, real ale and discussions on education, although I admit that the quality of argument does droop slightly when the other person dislikes grammar schools.
- Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
- Anything by Tolkien. Anything- I haven't yet looked for any research papers he wrote, but I would gobble them up, even though english language, literature and ASNC are nowhere near my area of expertise. Movies- not really a medium I concentrate on, but "The Princess Bride" and "The Ladykillers" will suffice for here. Music- Bruce Springsteen; my English Grandmother bought me "Born in the USA" shortly after I was, and I have since filled in the gaps. More- I must mention theatre. My all time favourite musical, despite never having seen it, is "Martin Guerre", and anyone visiting London must see "The Mousetrap".

Hello nerdfighters,
I recently discovered Hank and John on YouTube and am working my way through their videos. In the meantime I thought I would join this thriving community.
