"I do have a question for you: How is your band so good? Is there some secret? Is everyone just naturally talented? Or does everyone just want to win state and nationals so they constantly try really hard? What drives your band? Our band is…"

About Me:
I have made an account on here before, but I forget what it was and never really went on. I'll try to change that with this one. I love the vlogbrothers and nerdfighting (but that's a no brainer). I was disappointed when I tried to post a comment on John's latest video and couldn't because I had too many characters (go figure). Hopefully I'll be able to communicate a lot more with other nerdfighters and Hank & John, too, this way.

My birthday is next month, and the things at the top of my wishlist are Hank's cd, t-shirt, and poster. If not, then itunes cards so I can at least buy the album that way! (Though the actual cd would be very jokes.)

John's books have recently been nominated for this semester's reading in my tenth grade English classes. Paper Towns (nominated by myself) and Looking for Alaska (nominated by my friend Crystina) are the books we are studying. I am proud to be the reason that half my grade is now obsessed with reading all of his amazing books!

Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
-My favorite class this year is Creative Writing, and I love it.

-I am in marching band and concert band. I play alto saxophone (though I CAN play soprano, tenor, and bari if I really wanted to). I would like to learn to play piano and guitar. I love to sing, though I wish I knew how...

-I collect keychains from everywhere I go. My family and friends also get me keychains when they go on vacation (it's really very sweet of them, and I appreciate it very much). I have keychains from the local natural history museums (I got those myself) to Bangkok and Jerusalem (my friend Saisha and my Gram got those for me). My goal is to eventually travel to all the places I have keychains from if I haven't been there before. Hopefully this quest will last me a lifetime and keep me occupied and amused.

-I love my family. So so so so much. It's when I am happiest, when I'm with my family. My mom was adopted, so I get to hang out with her huge adopted Italian family, and her huge biological Irish/Italian family. My dad's family just makes me feel like I belong. We all have the same mindset and sense of humor (mainly a sarcastic one) and goals, too. My family at home is so much fun, and they bring out the best (though sometimes the worst) in me. You can say that I'm very blessed to be related to such people.

-My parents are divorced; my hilarious mom is remarried to my wonderful step-dad, Paul; my little step-brother keeps me entertained; my dad is my inspiration for doing well in school and following my dreams; my sister was recently married in October (I was her maid of honor) and she is my role model.

-I have two best friends whom I rarely see. Saisha: she moved to Chicago the summer after 7th grade and is basically not only my sister, but my brain twin as well. Molly: we've known each other since daycare when we were three years old. She lives in a different district, so I don't get to see her that often. This summer I went on a two-week long road trip across the country to the Grand Canyon with her and her parents (a lot of key chains gained there!). But our parents are best friends, so every time they get together, we do as well.

-I work with an autistic boy who's in 7th grade during my lunch at school with a few other of my friends. It's fun and I love it.

-At my mom's I have a fat yellow lab named Harley, a fat grey cat named Sam, a rascally kitten named Zhu Zhu (after the daughter in A Wonderful Life since we got her at Christmas time), and sweet hamster named Penelope or Peepers.

-At my dad's I have a one-year-old all-black cat named McIntire (we call him Macky) and two fat goldfsh.

-I'm basically sick of school. The people and the amount of homework. I'm in between cliques at the moment, since all my friends seem to have gone to a different one. It's only bad because I don't have any of my friends in my classes, which makes the majority of my days miserable. Let's just say I'm thankful to be on break where I can actually hang out with my real friends and SLEEP.

-I'm very passionate, yet pensive. I can be outgoing or shy, funny or cynical. It really all depends on who I'm with. I love to meet knew people, and honestly I can't wait to go to college for a fresh start. I want to move to California where my family is.

-Music: Dave Matthews Band, acoustic music, music with truthful and meaningful lyrics, and I’m a sucker for piano, saxophone, and trumpet music. Basically jazz.

-Television: Bones, House, Friends, The Office. Movie-wise, I like good comedy, action, scifi, adventure, and romance movies that are NOT predictable and have SAD endings. Call me weird. I know.

-Books: As long as it's good. So... Harry Potter. Not Twilight.

-I also tend to ramble in writing, though in person I swear I keep it short and sweet :)
