- Hi all, I'm Alison. Longtime reader/viewer/listener, relatively recent member, and one of the many folks who found B20 via the Song About an Anglerfish. I am, in no particular order: a right-handed Capricorn, a backhanded complimenter, a recovering English major and inveterate literary geek, a ginormous movie nerd (though not as ginormous as some), an occasional painter, a compulsive doodler, and a madwoman without an attic, living in self-imposed exile on the Jersey Shore. Good to be here!

- anything by neil gaiman, terry pratchett, tom robbins, p. g. wodehouse, roald dahl, jane austen, dorothy parker, h.d., jasper fforde, mervyn peake, catherynne m. valente, richard brautigan, charles simic, angela carter, sarah waters, or shakespeare. comics: action girl, dork, milk & cheese, johnny the homicidal maniac/squee/i feel sick, scary godmother, sugar buzz!, blue monday, scooter girl, hopeless savages, lenore, skeleton key, bear, meat cake, stitch, autumn, nightmares and fairytales, serenity rose, v for vendetta, and more miscellaneous small-press books than i care to count. though i'll pretty much read whatever falls into my lap, to be honest.
