November 19th impromptu nerdfighter gathering!
Hey everyone I'm going to be in London Ontario for the release of Deathly Hallows. I can't go see the midnight showing and I don't know anyone in London, so I wondered if any London area nerdfighters wanted to have a small gathering to go see the movie on the Friday night (nov 19th). We could hold up a big nerfighter sign so people know where to line up and we could all sit together. It would probably be at Silver City in Masonville Mall. Anyone interested?

- I'm a first year university student studying English and creative writing. I love books (duh) and I play the clarinet. I write mostly fiction, though right now I'm having a fit of writer's lethargy caused by having too much homework and not writing anything for fun for a very long period of time (4 months, to be precise). I would like to be a professional author some day. I have absolutely no life and spend free time moping around and watching YouTube videos. I can't make my own videos because I'm terrible at using computers and don't have any editing software.
- Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
- I am a huge Harry Potter fan and HP books will always have a special place on my shelf. I also love reading anything by Phillip Pullman, Peter Dickinson, and Markus Zusak. Some other favourite books are "The Gone Away World" by Nick Harkaway, "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close" by Jonathan Safran Foer, and "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde. Don't watch a lot of movies, but my favourites are Chocolat (Johnny Depp, Juliette Binoche) Elizabeth (Cate Blanchette) and The Secret Garden (1993 version with Maggie Smith).

- Nothing, actually, I like my head to be free from any kind of covering.
- If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?
- The Dali Lama. No question about it.
