- I don't fit the Nerd stereotype. I am 6' 4" and semi-athletic. I played American football for the last 2 years of my high school career. I want to be a police officer. I read extremely quickly and retain most of the information. I am generally shy, but I can talk to any one if they start the conversation. Females both fascinate me and scare me. I could not be do vegetarianism, because I love the taste of bacon too much.

Beach
So right now I am at the beach and I absolutely love everything about the beach. I love the laid back feel that everyone has when they are at the beach. I love the ocean breeze with the salt smell. I even love the hot sand when walking back to the hotel from the ocean. But right now it is extremely cloudy and has been raining on and off. Seems like a good title for a blog with no real point I think. So I'm back from another hiatus (I love the word hiatus). No real reason this time just haven't been coming to the Ning in a while. I'm going to try and get back into the swing of things around here. More blogs, more games, more photos looked at, more randomness that I just feel like expressing.

I'M BACK (for all those that care)
So yea, I don't have a really good reason why I haven't posting I just really haven't felt like getting on the Ning. But I'm back at least until 11/11/11 in which The Elder Scrolls Skyrim comes out which will steal every single bit of free time that I have out of me.
So an update. Not much has changed since my last blogs, still working on the weekends and going to school during the week. Had a bit of a falling out with the church that I was going to. I don't totally agree…

Welcome to the ning. The best way to get involved is really just to jump straight in. There are heaps of different ways to meet people and participate in awesome stuff. The discussions are great if you want to get involved in debates or keep up to date with all the ideas people are coming up with. The groups are a great place to meet people who are into the same kind of nerdy things you are and the chat (and I highly reccomend visiting it even though it is terrifying at first) is a great way to meet nerdfighters, make friends and really just chat with lots of different people. In the discussions if you put forward a point of view people may ask you to justify it but there will never, ever be a personal attack on you for your opinion (and if there is tell me so I can hunt them down :P).
