I actually didn't get as far as the ending. To be honest I had a hard time believing in a lot of the story - there just seemed to be far too much going on. I was overwhelmed by all the issues in the book. I can see why people like it as much as they did, but it certainly wasn't for me.  I strongly recommend The Hunger Games series, it's very addictive reading - hope you enjoy :)

Thanks for your suggestions for the blurbing book club. I love it when people do that and not many people do.  I didn't really like Perks.  Something about it rubbed me the wrong way, but if enough people want to read it, then I won't say no.

 

Also, one of my New Year's resolutions for this year is to read some books I've always meant to read, like Dorian Gray.
