What Kind of Nerdfighter Are You?
Young Adult Librarian Student/Indie Music Scene Nerdfighter
About Me:
I worked on my MLIS Degree at Kent State University, focusing on Young Adult Services. Did a BA in English and TESOL at Wright State University. I read A LOT of YA Lit, which you can look at on my GoodReads pages if you're interested. I'm also really into different kinds of music. I worked as an intern at a local record label and I did sound at a local venue while I was in Kent, and I travel around to work for bunches of bands as a Merch Girl. It's a lot of fun, but leads to me being crunched for time and tired a lot. Wouldn't trade it for the world, though!

Hi! We met at Virginia Hamilton! And you invited me to the librarian group before we met! That's kind of cool!

Thanks for inviting me to the librarian group! How is your MLS going? If you need any advice (or have any to give!) let me know! I don't know that I can give good advice on finding a job (as I'm unemployed and trying to find a lib. job right now) but I've been through grad school so I know how hard/rewarding it can be!

Thanks for inviting me to the group - I'm not actually a librarian though? Or is it just if your job is related to books? :)
