Teen Nerdfighters

This is a group for young Nerdfighters to meet and mingle. I made this group because I noticed that the only teenage nerdfighting group hadn't been touched since '09. So..... enjoy!!!!

"The best way to run cars these days is to power cars with hydrogen for daily use, and then save the gas for our beloved sports cars, and for auto racing as well. Also, who here has heard of the maybe Higgs Boson discovery at CERN?"

Nerdfighter Science Department

As the new forum categorizations conveniently, and arguably correctly, leave science unclassified, I have elected to form a group devoted to discussion of scientific issues.

About Me:
I am a high school student that enjoys learning things about science and other things that are really awesome. I hope to learn Physics to the extent that I can actually contribute to it, even though Physics class is over, next year I have to take Biology.

My goal is to find out if there is a wormhole somewhere that has different laws of physics. This wouldn't be just any wormhole as you see in our own universe (Well, not really see, and I don't know if they are really proven). The normal wormhole in space tends to be thought of as a connection to another side of the idea of a curved, but flat universe. Now, this wormhole would connect to a parallel Universe, and in doing so, it would have to be sort of on the edge of it so we receive its Physics. My idea would be a wormhole that jumps off of our Universe, and that tunnel digs through the other, and then burrows back to our. Because we were receiving the different Physics, we would be able to accelerate faster than the speed of light when we were in that physical wormhole, hypothetically. Because we were traveling faster than the speed of light, once we touched the part of the tunnel that leads back to our Universe, we would go back in time, because if you look at speeds relative to time on a graph, there is sort of a parabola that peaks at 0 on the X axis, in some cases. Now, because we were sent back in time, there are 2 possibilities. 1st, we would then go backwards, and then touch each side of the tunnel multiple times until we were able to slow down to slower than the speed of light, or else we would be stuck in the tunnel. 2nd, and I am only thinking of this from imagination, if we are sent back in time, maybe we would be permanently stuck in the wormhole just staying there or perhaps going into another Universe? Yes, science and imagination together is amazing…
