About Me:

I'm Dory, a 23 year old translator (English - French - German - Dutch), currently looking for a job while studying Spanish, French and graphic design. Yes, i know, lots of languages. I love travelling and reading; I mostly read French and English books, so the languages are a great plus. :)

My camera is one of my most personally valuable possessions as well. 'Cameras' I should say. I have three different ones, including an old analogue Canon. Needless to say I love photography and graphic design. I like drawing too, but I'm not very good at it. But my walls are practically covered with pictures that were sent to me by some of my (internet) friends.

I also have a dog, a golden retriever named Tibo (like Tea-bow). He's a typical golden; he likes sleeping, adores any type of food, loves swimming, and he's just a little silly. He has a Dogster page, which you can visit here (http://www.dogster.com/dogs/357046). :)

24 books for a 24-year-old

I'll be 24 years old this year and i love reading. I'm not going to bore you with excuses such as not having enough time or not being focussed enough, i just want to read more. Inspired by the 50 book challenge 2.0.0.9 that some of you Nerdfighters are doing, i thought it would be a good idea to set myself a similar, and for me more realistic, goal: 24 books for 24 years. :)
