So far, communication between members has been performed exlusively via private message (or more actually I've been sending messages, and half of them replied). Not exactly the most efficient technique, to say the least... XD
Once we reach an adequate amount of ACTIVE applicant, I will most likely make a forum thread for everyone to talk through, and hopefully then move on to the chatroom once we manage to obtain everyone's schetules.
