As a Nerdfighter you're probably pretty randomly awesome...this group is for sharing that awesomeness with other people. The easiest way to decrease world suck is one person at a time. And yes, we know the picture spelled Kindness wrong.
I really adore comedy. I have an intense obsession with British comedy. Oh my god. And I write, a lot. I'm a much better poet than anything else, but I always try to write prose. I'm very good at standing out in a crowd. I like to do voices. I want to go into comedy and acting. I love creepy or abstract humor. I touch people a lot. Not in a harassing way...?
I do Color Guard, which means I can potentially control a six foot pole in the wind. I play guitar, but I'm not very good. I love to sing, but I shan't make you cry. I like make up and fashion sometimes. I have made some of my clothes, but mostly I reconstruct them. I'm not afraid to wear crazy things, to dance like an idiot in public, or to scream loudly. I'm perfectly fine with that. This is way too long. I have too many things to say about myself.
Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
I like books. A lot. Ask if you want to know. I really love Kurt Vonnegut (though I haven't read nearly enough of him) and John, obviously. Clearly I love Harry Potter.
I like weird indie music. Let's talk about it.
I love The Mighty Boosh, Monty Python, Doctor Who, Glee, and 100,000 other things. I like English panel shows.
I love weird movies, basically.
What's your favorite thing to put on your head?
If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?
Lisa Simkavitz, Noel Fielding, John/Hank (Like, a hybrid Green machine) Green, Kurt Cobain (if he was alive), [your name here]
Goodness, I feel so bad for not replying to this. *facepalm* It's a wonder how it took me over a year to actually get around to this. Gah! Don't think less of me for it; the last couple of years have been fairly hectic for me.
In regards to the Midnighters series, it's been so long since I read them all that I don't recall all of the characters. I plan on rereading at least the first book (it's the only one I can find at the moment) some time in the next couple of months, so I'll probably have a better answer for you then. But from what I can remember of Dess, I did like her quite a bit.
