Young Adult novels have had their fair share of slander over the years, but should a novel aimed a specific audience really be disregarded because of said audience? So as a sixteen year old girl, there’s an awful lot I don’t understand about the world, and one of life’s most prominent enigmas for me is the mentality of the opposite sex. I’m not keeping with my weekly bloggers challenge very well so here’s a short one for you:
Why is it we’re never sad about the things we should be? I get it it’s all subjective but it’s really messed up when you think on it. So I’m not going to lie whenever I see ‘#YOLO’ on teenagers in crop tops, Twit Picturing an extra tall Starbucks with the caption ‘omg, so many calories, but YOLO guys!’ I’m not going to lie I actually get the physical urge to smash my face repeatedly into a desk, or other inanimate object that so happens to be nearby.
