"To be honest I had to fight through it. It started out good, but then I had the feeling of stuff being repeated way to often and it was hard to finish it. Never going to touch that book again. Good try, but still a fail in my eyes."

"Well anything classic Disney is fantastic. I'm a huge fan of Lilo and Stitch and Winnie the Pooh, though out of the princess genre I love Tangled and Mulan. P.S. all retro Mickey Mouse things rock. Like the old cartoons?"

Doo doo de doo waaaa doo de doo! (<-- That's you playing something.) Everyone appreciates the band/orchestra geeks and the pretty voices. Whether you sing in the choir, participate in a school/local band, or sit at home writing music, you contribute a joy to society that everyone can agree on. Yay! About Me:
My name is Emily and I'm 16 years old. I'm 5'7", have green eyes, brown hair, and according to outside sources have "olive" skin. ...(I don't think I look like an olive. What does that even mean?)
I love to read, write, and draw-- mostly charcoal portraits, cartoons, or random designs. English is my favorite subject, followed by French and History.
I run cross country and swim irregularly. I love Tae Kwon Do (senior orange belt) and yoga. I also have trained myself to be able to read a book and walk for miles simultaneously by using peripheral vision to never run into anything. [[Except one time I almost stepped in road kill. That was pretty gross.]]
I don't know what else there is to say. I like to do my homework, I have an unusual passion for children's books (and toys sometimes) and I spend more time laughing than I do being serious.
Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
the Harry Potter series, Jane Eyre, The Fountainhead, Pride and Prejudice, Persuasion, the Eragon series, the Golden Compass, the Subtle Knife, the Artemis Fowl series. I wish I could read everything I want to

My favorite movies include Black Swan, Pirates of the Caribbean, Sweeney Todd, Valentines Day, Romeo and Juliet, and Tangled.
Favorite shows: That 70's Show, True Blood, Game of Thrones.

Music-wise: I don't know what you could categorize this stuff as--generally upbeat stuff I can run to. I like Nightwish, Rise Against, Elvis, Death Cab for Cutie, Cream, Cute Is What We Aim For, OK Go, old Panic!, Paramore, the Raconteurs, Rasputina, Smashing Pumpkins, 30 Seconds to Mars, Modest Mouse, Passion Pit, Red Hot Chili Peppers, a bit of A7x, and some Marylin Manson.
However, I recently got sick of all of that and have started listening to French music-pop, rap, but preferably rock- like BB Brunes, Ariel, Gregoire, Sexion d'Assaut, Coeur de Pirate, Jenifer, etc.
What's your favorite thing to put on your head?
a chain-mail helmet, to protect my hair, obviously
If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?
Sean from my Taekwondo class, but he probably doesn't even know my name..
When did you start watching the Vlogbrothers?
Make up your own DFTBA initialism!
Dogs Fortify Their Bowls Accidentally ...I'm sorry, that was terrible. I'll think of another later

It's been a while! Time to refresh

It has been a pretty ridiculous amount of time since I've been here, and I can't really remember how I drifted away. I guess once crazy life took action I forgot how much I missed nerdfighters and I regret the separation now, even if I never fully developed my profile before.

The last time I was here was probably about 8th grade, and now I'm going to 11th. I feel like I've grown up and changed immensely since, but my nerdiness has stayed proud and true. I am, however, going to set my…

Everything cool. I saw your post and realised it's never bad to get some new friends (and better if they are nerdfighters). I also go to a small school, but I know some nerdfighters IRL.

YES I have seen the slytherin hoodies and I NEED one. Hot Topic is my favourite store but I've never actually gotten anything there. I just mostly admire and then stare at their price tags in horror. One of my friends who isn't really "into" harry potter has gotten 2 hoodies there (Hogwarts and Gryffindor) and I am ridiculously jealous. I live in a rather wealty area where it's quite weird not be able to get a $40 jacket so I'm all left out =(

I've got meself a gift card to HT for my birthday though so a few more weeks of tutoring and I am getting that jacket! (you should get one too; then we can be twins lol)

did NOT like G/H. WAYY too awkward. I liked some of the R/Hr though.

I also liked the bathroom scene! He did it beautifully; it seemed very real (these last two sentences seem really dirty)

This one was so funny though! I dunno, I like it best. Maybe it was just the feeling of a midnight premiere that makes everything better. Everyone dressed up (including me, bedecked with my Slythi tie) and laughing at the same time and half the people raising their wands in the air at the end for Dumbledore. Going again today (for the 4th time). I keep that movie theater open!
