The whole Edward/Bella relationship embodies everything that a realistic realationship is not. Edward is downright creepy and boring and Bella is infatuated by his looks. They have nothing in common and are in a superficial relationship. It makes me…

Ah the books I did last year were, To Kill a Mocking Bird (I hated it, Not sure why...I just disliked it) then we did Death of a Salesman for our play...the play was good but I would rather have done some shakespeare. This year we are doing poetry by Carol Ann Duffy, Some are bloody amazing we just did Education for Leisure and I was spine shilling, well worth a read. Id love to read your poem it sounds rather cool, I am sure its amazing.
Ill also keep an eye out for those books have them written down in my wallet so If I am in Borders ill make a point of digging them up.

A mass happy dance, well that could be fun or a giant game of hide in seek in kelvin grove park. then we can put scotland's nerdfighters on the map! *cackles maniacally*
Books are the greatest thing in life, when I am older..ish I want to own a book store full of old books, because id be awesome. As for people who dont read, well of course they lose out I mean Books open up a hole different part of life in my opinion there the friend thats always there...

Ill try and catch you in the Nerdfighter chat box and we can rant at echother about books, would be fun.

Alas, Currently listening to Edger Alan Poe's " The Raven" Doing it for my Higher English project ( I love this poem ) as for driving, I vote for foolish to be honest, but not all foolishness is bad... and back to america, No I love americans, but I just get tiered of trying to explain that we split up in to "shires" and "Counties" and as soon as you mention shires...you start getting hobbit references....

Great thing about Scotland is you can be crazy and be hailed for it, Hello Tragic cone on the horseman's head...is on postcards! As for what I am writing well its "High Fantasy" in other words a really long fantasy story...its really working around what they all are of Good Vs Evil, Light Vs Dark...with some references to both philosophical, religious and historical references thrown in to jazz it up. I cant write poetry, wish I could, but I love to write fantasy I have a great over dramatic streak...bad for social occasions great for writing.
I have roughly been writing for three years (never the one story) I scraped my first two, wrote the third one now I am reworking the third ones plot line and wording to make it perfect then i shale tackle it with all bravado and gusto I can muster! Possibly I can borrow your love for reading at some point later :P a writer without readers is not really a writer after all!
as for you doing advanced higher english, I am jealous! I failed my higher because I had an awful teacher ( The kind that took 7 months to do one book and we barley finished the course a week before the exam...) I read that book in 3 days...I spent almost 6 months going " Am bored...Am Bored...still bored...OW LOOK CLOUDS!" now I am re-sitting it with one of the best english teachers in school, he dose a very good ghost impression for Hamlet... incidentally What was your poem about?

As for the Silly walk...we could do it for charity, or we could do a giant "Follow the yellow brick road" and all link arms and ski down the street. I have done that before *cough cough wink wink*

I joined Nerd fighters just because I was stick of narcissism in modern and people looking down there nose at me because Id rather stay home on Saturdays and read a good book than go play sports, When I stumbled across Vlogbrothers on Youtube and its spiralled up since then.

And No needs for apologies here, I counter your essay with an essay of my won!

I really live just outside glasgow between Lanark and Hamilton, but I just say "Glasgow" since the internet seems to always want to ask "Is Hamilton a state?" and which my response is to weep openly and run for the nearest window. As for learning to drive, it is scaring I spend several hours afterwards trying to repair my shattered nerves and restore what sanity I have left...but still since I have to take a bus and then a train just to get in to town, I really need to learn to drive. Also I find the best place for insanity is out side the gallery of modern art in glasgow, people seem to pass it off as "ow its an art museum..thats acceptable...". And Guess what I love books as well, In-fact In love fantasy books so much I am trying to write one my self... *cackles* The world of literature will be mine!....once I first destroy my dyslexia...but work in progress, none the less :P

helle there, i was wondering if you really read Dubliners by James Joyce because i remember that my lit teacher said that 99% of the people who say that theyve read it are lying and that no one can contradict them if because they havent read it either. i dont know if that comment was for the world at large or if it was just for people who lived in dublin but anyway yah did you read it?

oh and welcome to the ning.
