About Me:

I'm a gap-year student, obsessed with music. I'm hoping to get into uni to do music, and trying to make an album. I used to read all the time, but I've gotten lazy recently and I haven't read anything properly in a while. I know more than is healthy about the works of Tolkien, and I often spend ages on Wikipedia, looking random stuff up.

Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more

Anything by Tolkien, His Dark Materials Trilogy, and the Harry Potter series. Moab is my Washpot, my Booky-Wook, and On The Road. Hitch-hikers Guide, and Pratchett. Your Brain on Music, and Les Miserables.

Project Read 2009

As part of my continued dedication to 'Watch Less, Read More' this year, I've set up a new blog, specifically for what I am now calling 'Project Read 2009'. I'll be doing book reviews, shout outs, and a TV free month, whilst trying to build a community of people who just need a little encouragement to read more.

That is so COOL!!! *is jealous* I haven't been. But it's on my itinerary for when I take my massive trip to Europe (which probably end up being lots of little trips instead of one big one :]).

I am doing quite well. There's only 4 days til SPRING BREAK!!! w00t. I'm not doing anything special, but it'll be nice to take some time off of school and track. (There's actually going to be track practice over break, but I plan on telling the coaches that I'm not going to be around. :) I'm such a dedicated athlete. XD)

And, to answer your question: At this moment in time, I am incredibly tired, because I am at a 24-hour Improv show. And it is 4 in the morning. But, I am having fun, so that is good.
