For the last 2 months or so I have had on and off knee pain of varying intensity. And 2 weeks ago I injured my knee further to the point where it hurt to bend it to much (Which severly limited any trainging I could do). And to top it off, I found out today that it is most likely being caused by a strained ligament. Which basicly means I have to avoid an activity that could harm my leg further fo anywhere up to 6 weeks.
