The Westboro Baptist Church... and Counter-protesting
For those of you who don't know, the Westboro Baptist Church is one of the oddest church organizations I have ever heard of. They run under the direction of Pastor Fred Phelps (no relation to the Epic Swimmer... I think). The "church" is best known for their signs proclaiming things like "God Hates Fags" and "God Hates Obama". Great minds think alike, I have actually been wanting to add other admins, and I was using my idea about recuiting more members and the nerdfighter gatherings to see who really stepped up, followed the conversation, left creative do-able ideas and actually made them happen. Also, I've been reading throughout all the discussions and comments to see which members are the most active and who contributes the most to conversations.

I should have thought it through more, but I saw it and then a Ningmaster brought it up, and it was just an knee-jerk reaction to hit delete. However, I should've messaged you about it first, but I didn't want too many people to see. You're free to put it back up again as far as I'm concerned, I have no right to object really, but I didn't want it associated with Nerdfighterlike. That may condemn the whole group & its future efforts in John's eyes. Plus I was the only one with the control to delete the discussion, and I didn't want to be responsible for having let it stay up there.
It's not my area of moderation normally, so I really don't have any right to tell people they can't see or can't post anything, but if you repost it could you please please not post it on Nerdfighterlike. I really am sorry about how it was censored though. I personally hate censoring... I feel like a hypocrite. But I really wasn't trying to keep the public in the dark or be mean and tyrannous, I was just trying to respect John & Sarah's wishes, and I didn't think about the further ramifications.
