Profile Information

What Kind of Nerdfighter Are You?
I'm the kind of Nerdfighter who answers in complete sentences.
About Me:
I've recently "switched teams"... (no, not like THAT!!) from the Civil Engineering field to Manufacturing. That means a solid year of pretty-much every waking moment of my meager existence devoted to studying the Civil3d software goes down the tubes. Now it's on to Inventor (or "Invention-er" as I like to call it).

I'm considering using the blog offered by this esteemed site to document my new work experiences and offer an irreverent (and probably irrelevant) look at the Pella window and door manufacturing facility that has become my adoptive family. Tips and tricks peppered with piss and vinegar... mmm, mmm good!
Favorite Books
The Riverworld Series, The Hobbit and following "Fellowship" trilogy, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Catch 22, The Illearth series by Donaldson and The Holy Bible, KJV (it just seems more "preachy")
What's your favorite thing to put on your head?
The tall, coarsley knit stocking (NOT stalking) cap my great aunt made for me so many years ago is the thing I put on that makes heads happy!
If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?
I would do a happy dance with Snoopy, the creator of the "happy dance" (or was that King David upon returning with the Ark of the Covenant?).
When did you start watching B20
2008
Twilight Zone favorite: One for the Angels

One for Librarians: The Obsolete Man

Sweet Dreams...

Dating a foot model? First, I don't know any foot models, so dating one would be kind of hard. I guess it really depends upon whether or not said foot model touches me with their feet.

Hi. Thanks for what you said in that one thread about the scientific stuff and whatnot. I recently tried to argue something like that and I had a pretty rough outcome. I'm glad that there's someone else with their head on straight. I dunno, it was just kind of great to see someone having a different thought than the 'popular nerdfighters'. Keep it up. I don't know what religion you are (so many of them use the Bible which was on your favorite books list, and you capitalized 'God'?) but I applaud you.

I'm glad that you too found my page to your liking!

I have to say I've felt a profound sympathy for you ever since I saw one of your replies in the "Would you move on after your spouse died?" thread. You told the original poster "Youth is wasted on the young." I had an epiphany right there because that comment was so, SO fitting.

Just thought I'd let you know ;)
