- Computers have been my interest since the old Commodore VIC 20, and the internet has been my world since Windows 3.1. Other nerdizms include: writing (stories, poetry, lyrics, etc...), playing keyboards poorly, occasionally drawing (also poorly), designing websites and games, and programming.
- Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
- I'm really not much of a reader unless it is online, and even then I'm not terribly psyched about it. I do like graphic novels however. And a slightly unhealthy bathroom-only relationship with Dean Koonst.

just make sure to train evenley, dont focus on your chest because you'll develope an imbalance.
your over developed chest muscles will overpower your weeker back muscles.
so do pleanty of back work,especiley pull ups.
