My Do-Stuff Holiday Weekend!

BrainCrack: AC Coat

This is for use in the summer when it's hot and muggy out. It's a coat because, as an insulator, a coat not only holds heat in but also keeps heat out, and therefore would retain the colder temperature inside the coat better than would a jacket.
