I am a person of eclectic tastes. I love a variety of things and I believe in a variety of beliefs. Each one very important to me. I am an Open minded person and I try to rarely judge people. I know everyone has their own opinions, and I respect that. But I am also stubborn and will not change my mind once I have made it up. I will not try to change you, and I expect the same from everyone else.
I use labels to make it easier for people to get an idea of me straight away, but I rarely dwell on those labels, unless brought up for some significant reason.
I am a Bohemian. An Artist, Poet, Photographer.I'm and Open and Proud Femme Lesbian. I believe in Beauty, Truth, Freedom, and above all else Love. I’m like Christian in Moulin Rouge, a Hopeless Romantic, doomed to be forever be burned by love and the jaded people who do not believe in it anymore.
I am a Nerd. My love of Sci-fi, comics and graphic novels is a family trait. I get Star trek: Next Generation, form my Grandfather, Star Wars form my Uncle and Original Star trek, Stargate: SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, Firefly, Battle Star Galactica and Farscape from my mother. It was my mother who brought me into Forbidden Planet in Dublin for the first time when I was 13. But I discovered my greatest sci-fi loves, Doctor Who and Torchwood, for myself.
I dabble in a many other stereotypes, genres, categories, or whatever you wish to call them; I’m Straightedge, a Lover of almost all genres of Music, Alternative, Indie, Pop, Rock, R’n’B, Jazz, Blues, Classical, Latin, Bluegrass, Electronica, Metal, Opera, Musicals, Irish Folk, whatever I come across and like. I’m a Child of and 80’s Child, my love for tears for fears, Duran Duran, Pat Benitar, Brat pack movies and certain fashion statements, hold no bounds. I’m a Film and Anime Lover. My list of Movies could take forever. But as long as they aren't too gory , or ridiculously stupid, I’m good.
I am currently on the Dole. Thus, I am a Bum.
Thank you for your time.
