You want to know how much of a Nerdfighter I am? My two-year-old son has some crazy full body rash (Erythema Multiforme), so I went to Target to get him some Benadryl, and managed to end up in the book section with a copy of 'Let It Snow' in one hand, and a single copy of 'Paper Towns' in the other.

Amazed at my luck, I made my way to the cash register to check out. And then, tragedy struck.

So, my son and I were watching an episode of 'Jon and Kate Plus Eight' in which they are attempting to potty train some of the little kids, and one of the girls had gone poop on the the potty for the first time. When Kate took the potty to empty it, she said, "Bye bye, poopie! Have a nice day!" Have a nice day. Lol.

For some reason this episode has made Lucas much more willing to go poop on the potty, though. And now when we empty it we give it a good, "Bye bye, poopie! Best wishes!" Because th… Continue

I've decided that spontaneous road trips are not for me. Or at least that I should keep a "Spontaneous Road Trip Kit" in the car at all times.

Mainly this kit would include the necessities for Lucas; diapers, wipes, a change of clothes. But more importantly it would include the one thing I forgot about on my most recent Spontaneous Road Trip to Chicago: toll money.
