Poésie, Partie 2
So this is the next of my poetry installments intended for review and/or criticism. I remember the assignment was to construct a sonnet: Elizabethan (English), Petrarchan (Italian), or modern. Most everyone went with a modern sonnet because that way they only had to write a fourteen line poem, but I decided to really challenge myself and make an Italian sonnet that followed the rules as strictly as I could manage to churn out in a 24 hour time period. I've definatly thought about doing a post with books and descriptions of them like you mentioned, but wasn't sure if it would be interesting. But now, knowing that you and possibly many other nerdfighters would like that, I will definatly run that idea.
