Whenever I am frustrated, angry, upset, or just bored I usually make list. It's a habit I started when I was really young. I list the positive and negative things that are happening with me at the moment. I'm not really frustrated, angry, sad, or even bored right now but it just seems like the negatives are overpowering the positives so I need to have it as proof that positive prevails.
My best friend is returning from Europe on friday!
