Life should be like a filing cabinet.

I swear, you can make an analogy out of ANYTHING these days. But, in all seriousness, if life were really to be taken as a filing cabinet, procrastination wouldn't exist and efficiency would increase by like tenfold. Everyone would know exactly where everything's place was, what to do and where to be at what time, and, most importantly, whether or not something should be listed as "junk" or "not junk".What I mean is, if we all knew what's the right decision to make every single time and actually…See More

When culture is the excuse

Let me just flat-out tell everyone what the point of this entry is:Your culture is not your excuse.I'm not one to be judgmental on people (at least I try not to. Being judgmental is just something everyone has, though that doesn't necessarily make it any less wrong to do), but I absolutely cannot stand it when people use their culture or their background as an excuse for doing something wrong. It's true: We, as people with characters, build our characters and personalities through our lives'…See More

What Kind of Nerdfighter Are You?
Crunchy Thought Nerdfighter
About Me:
I've never really grasped the whole concept of the "About Me" box. See, I'm in a middle of this teenager crisis called "I Just Realized My Identity's Never Been There and I Only Have the Rest of My Life to Find It", so it makes it a little hard to put something in here.
Oops, did I just release my approximate age to the nebber wet?
*Bonus points if you can define my page address*
Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
I should probably say Paper Towns since I'm on a nerdfighting ning T_T"
Slaughterhouse 5, The Princess Diaries, Listening is an Act of Love
What's your favorite thing to put on your head?
A pillow >:O
If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?
My..self?
When did you start watching the Vlogbrothers?

Shots make me wake up.

a) gun shots

b) vaccinations you get at the doctor's

c) small cups of alcoholic beverages

d) all of the above

If you were diagnosed with a chronic illness (cancer, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, dementia etc.), would you immediately tell your loved ones? If you're in the middle of some big project or attending school, would you keep working at it?

I personally don't want to tell my close friends about this. (I'd tell my family, but mostly because about 90% of… Continue

What happens next?

I'm sure we've all had those times where we just simply don't get what we really wanted. There are two reactions that other people show:

a) They consider you a baby for crying over something like this. What's the big deal anyway? No one gets everything they want, so suck it up and get used to it.

b) They feel sorry for you because you worked hard for this opportunity and they know how you feel. It does suck ><"

I've been getting both (and reaction B covering up… Continue

Happy 2009 :)

Wow. 2008 went by pretty fast, yet there was..a lot of crap that happened XD

Happy birthday to me? I'm one year closer to doing all sorts of legal adult stuff. Like drinking! Hahaha :)

Birthdays used to make me depressed. I'm all right with it right now, but it still feels sort of weird thinking about how fast the future's coming (which I guess is sort of redundant to say, but you get what I mean :P). In a couple of years, I could be halfway around the world, winning some random award… Continue
