Chat NM and stuff. Cause I deserve it.

So, I've been a member of the Chat for a year now, and have seen regulars come and go, including former Ningmasters and chat mods. I would be fair and not likely to ban someone, unless for egregious spamming, or outright disregarding the Terms of Service. Flaming would not be tolerated and both sides would receive at least a warning and if after the warning it continues, a temporary ban. Spam is an instant perma-ban, trolling a warning, and then ban, and pretty much what you'd expect I'd…
