"hey, idk if you remember, but like a million years ago you replied to my penpal thing saying you were looking for a snail mail pal in the states. Well it took me this long to finally get online and see it, so i bet you've found one by now, but…"

"I know you posted this awhile ago...but I'm looking for a snail-mail penpal in the states (international post is expensive.
Name: Jess (everyone calls me Ada)
Age: 18 in two days!
Location: Western New York

I saw you're reply to the penpals thread...and if you still want one, e-mail's great for me too.
I'm Jess, 17 years old, from the U.S.A.
And I'm a Harry Potter Nerdfighter too.
Let me know if you'd like a penpal!"
"So My Pants are looking a little...less than awesome lately.
A bunch of the Nerdfighters, including myself, are trying to bring it back. Letting My Pants die is like letting stuff on our heads die...Nerdfighting's not the same.
I was wondering…"
I'm a teenage girl who likes to read and write and decrease world suck.
I'll read just about anything, from kids' books to the classics.
I mostly write, uh, books. But I use the term loosely, I've started more than I've finished.
I decrease world suck by running a gay support group called SpokenAgainst on a bunch of different sites (myspace, facebook, here on Ning, amongst others).
There's a whole lot more to me...but there's not enough room on any website to go into the complex maze I call my life, so those are the basics. I'm obviously willing to share more if asked.
Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
The Harry Potter series (obviously, I'm a Harry Potter Nerdfighter).
The Olympians series.
The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood.
The Spoon River Anthology by Edgar Lee Masters
The Borgia Bride by Jeanne Kalogridis
Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden
I have a whole lot of others, and I'm sure the list will grow as I get more used to the site.
What's your favorite thing to put on your head?
My iPod and Light-Up Speakers...dance party!
If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?
hey, idk if you remember, but like a million years ago you replied to my penpal thing saying you were looking for a snail mail pal in the states. Well it took me this long to finally get online and see it, so i bet you've found one by now, but if not, I'm up for it- the ones I had before never really replied. So, yeah...if you're still looking, message me or something, if you've found one since then, feel free to ignore this, lol.
