Plain and simple, Mitt Romeny wanted to take away women's rights- over our own bodies. He wanted to allow healthcare companies to refuse us coverage for a number of reasons- Young women could get pregnant- middle ages women are at high risk for multiple kinds of cancer, ect. We would be being charged more to be able to live healthy lives, and also be being paid less than our male coworkers, more or less leaving us forced to either marry or live at home.
I'm very happy for Palestine- I am Palestinian- and yes. It's a very good thing. It is a huge step to becoming a legitimate country, not a group of second-rate citizens.

It's cold here too, and constantly raining. It is California, but the Bay Area never has good weather.
