Hey, no worries - I can be very patient when I need to be. I know how that is, for sure. Had to make about 500 flashcards for Spanish today, and then redo about 200 of them. No fun. Good luck with those sentences. I hope the monotony of them isn't killing your brain cells.

The feeling is mutual :) Yes, I can feel the insanity approaching. If my mental condition was a TV show, the audience would be biting their nails and saying, "TURN! AROUND! It's right behind you!!!" The suspense is just killing me. It will probably hit sometime this week - though I'm pretty much crazy already, so the change won't be too drastic, haha. Hope school's going as well as it can for you as well. Hoo Hah Nerdfighters!

All the same, all the same...sounds a bit chaotic, anyway ;) Yeah, I probably wouldn't have waited either, but my dad was going by himself at first, so I figured I'd join him for the hell of it. Yeah, Fountains of Wayne is pretty cool indeed.

Sounds great - definitely a more efficient system. Easier on the eyes with a word document, too.

Third in line, eh? Impressive - that must have been immensely satisfying. I once waited for a CD once with my dad. It was about November, and we went out at about 3 a.m., and it was the coldest I've ever been in my life, hands down. Even wrapped up tight in a sleeping back with a Starbucks clutched to me.

No doubt, no doubt. I have my inhibitions about driving, but the concept of being able to go anywhere at any time is really appealing. College will be the day ;)

Hey, I'm having some trouble formatting the chapters of my story online, and I'm running out of space anyway - so I'm gonna go ahead and send you the actual document, if that's okay. Read at your leisure, naturally :)

yes yes yes yes yes more nerdfighting [tossers]! I've seen it twice already, once in previews, and once after opening, and i would have seen it three times because my friend had tickets but i was on vacation! alas. But I <3 <3 <3 [title of show] soooooooooooooooooooooo much.

I love Into the Woods, too...I'm a big Stephen Sondheim fan. I'm so excited to see his new musical Road Show this fall at the Public!

I'm also excited to see the new Jason Robert Brown musical 13...if you don't know JRB, you should check him out...three great musicals are Songs for a New World, The Last Five Years, and Parade.

I've been on GoodReads for a long while now. It's just the most wonderful site. I could be on there for hours.

Gypsy is a show with music by Jule Styne, lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, and a book by Arthur Laurents. It's about this woman with two kids who forces them into show business at a very early age. When the children are older, her star child runs off and has to be replaced by her extremely-shy sister. Finally, they get so desperate for money they have to alter their act into something much more risque.

People say that the mother, Madame Rose, was a monster, a woman who would make her kids do anything for a paycheck. Patti plays her much differently with a greater maternal quality instead. She portrays a woman who genuinely wants something good and steady for her children and, almost, wants is too badly.

The music is incredibly catchy and wonderful, and the cast is just SO talented. Check it out. It's amazing.

Yay! I love Twitter. It's addicting. I just keep refreshing and refreshing and updating and refreshing...

I just bought the 2008 Gypsy Broadway Cast recording and am obsessing over it. I believe [title of show] is my friend on YouTube. :D I haven't really gotten into it much, but I've heard great things.

haha. Thank you! I can never choose just one. My current favourite is Gypsy. Obsession is just one of the things I do best. :]

"Bon soir, monsieur et monsieur!
Je m'appelle Gypsy Rose Lee
And that concludes my entire performance in French,
I've been too busy learning Greek..."

Cool XD. Yea, I ADORE musical theater, and unfortunately I don't get to go as often as I like, as it takes four hours to get to the city XD. Darn Central New York.

ANYWAYS. Some of my favorite broadway musicals are Rent, Spring Awakening, Jesus Christ Superstar, Jekyll and Hyde (which we are doing in school this year! *squee), Phantom of the Opera, and A Little Night Music. What are some of you favorites?

If you manage to go out on the hunt today, watch out for those kidnapping decepticons. And if it turns out that the chairs in the lobby of the St. Regis are just so comfortable that the two NFs we sent out yesterday fell asleep, please wake them up. =D Good luck!!
