goverment spending (is it a waste or help)

should goverment quit spending money on imports and make more jobs here or is it helping to keep buying from other countries and trying to establish overseas relations with manufacturers?

I have a western saddle that came with my horse, and i've used it a few times, but I hated it!! It's kinda boring because like they're so comfortable it feels like you don't have to really do anything to keep you balance! What western thing do you do? do you do barrel racing? I've always thought that looked fun.
