Rockzors said… - Not really that many, then again, maybe I just grew up around people with lots. You forget the pain after each one until the first minute or so of the next one and then it fades and you don't really notice it all that much.
Usually a good idea to start with some thing small, only have so much skin to work with. Thats why I only have the ones I do, I all ways wait about 12 months after deciding what I want just to make sure. Each of them has a bit of meaning to me.
Yeah, was thinking of getting a kanji for a while there myself, was going to be a matching one iwth some one else but didnt work out as I planned. ;)
Not sure what I would get next though, I had a sketch of a wolf head that turns into a tribal design after the next form a couple years ago bu can't seem to find it. :(
