my son is 18 now so i am officially done. he's gone to amsterdam. my daughter is 14. she is certainly happy not to go to school.

i read that laws are quite different from state to state,
i bet schools make money from pupils. not just schools. there is a whole industry.

you can legally homeschool tough. germany remains the only european country where homeschooling is iligal, aparently going back to a law the nazis brought in to make sure nobody escaped brainwashing.
school for me was boring, scary and stressfull.
school was a jail for me. i learned the most on my own. college was not really any better. in the U.S. parents can be fined and jailed if their child misses too much school. i find that most people become permanently brainwashed by the process and...
