"Katie Bolan, I know EXACTLY how you feel. There are some days when you just feel like staying at home, but always there's that need to go out and be with people. I'm also an ambivert and both feel the need for personal space and some…"
"I read a book a couple years ago that I would recommend to anyone, Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. The author spent time in Auschwitz, and in the book he talks about how no matter what your personal situation is - no matter how…"
"I always used to think that I was an introvert because I spent more of my free time alone, and I was perfectly fine with that, but recently I'm not sure. Since I came back home from college, I've spent much more time alone than in the past…"
"Well ambivert is probably the best word to describe me. I can enjoy myself perfectly in my room for a whole day, playing guitar, sitting on the internet, listening to music. But on the other hand when i come home from my student job or from school.…"
I assume that most people in this group joined because they are shy, but I am curious about something else: where do you fall on the scale of Introversion-Extroversion? I am talking about where you actually get your energy from, not how reserved or outgoing you consider yourself. For a long time I assumed that because I am shy, that also made me an introvert. On the Myers-Briggs test I have shifted from S to N, and I continue to go back and forth between J and P, but I have always come out…See More
The kind that is made of awesome-and loves Spanish!
I am a Christ-follower. I love to read, and I am a huge fan of Disney movies. I also love musicals, as can be seen by the fact that one of my favorite movies is "The Sound of Music."
¡Me encanta el español! I have studied Spanish for ten years, and it is one of my majors, along with Cross Cultural Communications. I studied in Pamplona, Spain for the 09-10 school year, and I would love to go back for good after I graduate.
I love to travel! One item on my bucket list is to visit every country in the world at least once. I'm not sure how many I'll actually get to, but I'll try as hard as possible to get to as many of them as I can! If only there were a job where I could get paid to do nothing but travel. *sigh*
Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
Where do I begin...there are so many! Harry Potter, Fahrenheit 451, My Sister's Keeper, A Walk to Remember, The Notebook, and anything else by Nicholas Sparks, the Bible, Old Magic, Sense and Sensibility, The Chronicles of Narnia, The End of the Spear, Killer Angels, Anthem, His Dark Materials Trilogy, and many others.
What's your favorite thing to put on your head?
If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?
Hola!
Me gustaria escucharla!
