Hey, I live in a small town in Washington State and I'm going to visit my two older sisters (both are twenty-something) in Los Angeles and I was wondering:What is there to do in LA?  For nerds, I mean.  I grew up in Poway (San Diego) so I know all about the beach.  I'll also spend some time in Hemet.  Are there any good bookstores?  Museums?  Etc.? See More

About Me:
There isn't a lot about me, since it's November. What I mean is, it's nanowrimo. As far as I'm concerned, I'm a fifteen year old girl who can see auras in the middle of a forest with my psychic friends, stumbling into secret paranormal societies.
Don't tell my parents, it's a school night, and they would be SO mad.
Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
Harry Potter, Sense and Sensibilty, 1984, Ender's Game, Ender's Shadow, Eragon, anything by Tamora Pierce, dictionaries, thesauri, Sin and Syntax, Edgar Allen Poe, etc.
What's your favorite thing to put on your head?
Books!
If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?
Erm, my best friend, Sonia. (oh yeah, I think big!)
When did you start watching the Vlogbrothers?

After paying for our tickets and getting our hands stamped, we went to sit in front…

NaNoveling, The Greatest of Verbs

So, it's twenty days into nanowrimo and I am 5,000 words behind. It's quite shameful.

For those who do know what nanowrimo is, I applaud you and your priorities.

For those who don't; NaNoWriMo stands for "National Novel Writing Month" which is an event online where people all over the world write a novel of 50,000 words in the 30 days that stretch from November 1st to November 30th. Which is roughly 1,667 words a day. Crazy? Yes. Crazy fun? Hell yes.

If anyone reading this… Continue
