Athletes VS Nerds
I expect that pretty much everyone is familiar with this issue. After all, there are nerds and there are athletes. There also happens to be nerdy athletes, but for some reason they are only ever recognized by the sport which they play.

Roger Hoyt said… - Yeah, I suppose people not opening their minds would be kind of dull. It does make things a bit more interesting. Though I can't stand when someone is so set in there ways, that they can only see one side of the story. That's my biggest pet peeve, that and stupidity. But, I do get a good laugh form someone's closed mindedness from time to time. So, I guess I shouldn't put it down too much. I'm not afraid of change, and I'm willing to admit that I'm wrong if someone can prove it. I was watching Dragonball, the final fight of the martial arts tournament. It's funny, Goku was put to sleep and Bulma woke him up saying dinner. Too funny.

- Yeah, I know what you mean by the accents. I kind of have a thing for British, Irish, and Russian girls. I'd be happy with an American girl if I could find one that's open-minded enough. Seems like Americans are getting dumber and dumber. I would hate to be dumb. Yeah, I know everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, but there's not excuse for people being dumb in general. One reason I want to travel the world. Open up my mind more, and see things from different perspectives.

- Cool, sounds like fun. If you could travel anywhere in the world where would it be? I'd like to travel to Japan, China, Australia, England, Ireland, Egypt, Germany, Italy, France, Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland. Mostly all over Europe, but the two places I'd like to travel the most are probably Japan and Egypt.

- Haha yeah, I'd have to say that my favorite DBZ quote to repeat is....."It's over 9,000." That's classic. I'm currently watching the series from start to finish, I never did watch the entire series all the way through, I've seen part of DB and DBZ, and a few episodes of DBGT. So, I figured I'd sit down over the next week and watch it all. Might take me two weeks lol. I do love the show though. I've finished DB before, but I'm starting back at the beginning. And, the way Goku gets engaged, that's just funny.

- Yeah, I like the Big Bang Theory show, it's awesome. I'm more like Raj of the show, I tend to be a little shy around women I find attractive, though if she initiates the conversation first, I tend to be ok. I'm not quite as shy as Raj. I have a friend that's a cousin that's a lot like Sheldon, and we have a friend that's a lot like Leanord. Now all we need is a Howard. lol. The internet makes it easier to talk to people rather then being face to face.

- Dune is interesting. I watched the movies, but not so much reading the books. I'd probably read the books now that i know a little about the movies. Though the books almost always give a different perspective. I enjoyed the Harry Potter movies, but I've enjoyed the books much more so. Though I like the visual aid the movies bring. I'm ore of a visual/hands-on learner then a theoretical. Though I do have an interest in theoretical stuff, it's not where I excel.
