Goodbye to one of my grandmothers, Maria J. Peralejas, fondly called "Lola Mary" by friends and families. she died at 1:30pm while eating lunch. she took her last breath. she would have been 86 on november 26. she had alzheimer's disease for the last five years and lost a lot of weight because she barely ate. despite all the love and attention, she left us. her last spoken words to me were: "mauuna na ako"(i 'll go ahead) "aalis na ako"(i'll be going) and "masaya."(happy). i wanna believe…See More
