Six Months To Drink It All
Nerdfighteria, I need your help.Today, my dad came home from work with some sad news. A co-worker of his (who's name I do not know) is about to lose his/her son (who's name I also do not know, but for the sake of making things less confusing, I am going to call David) to a tumor in his brain. - There are so many books to choose from, it feels unjust to single out one as my "favorite", so...I won't.
Also, the pressure of choosing a John Green book, due to the obvious fact that this is Nerdfighteria, is too much for me to bear, although it's likely I would've done so anyway.
And finally, I like to think I have not now nor will I ever find my favorite book, because that means, as far as my literary adventures go, I've reached the peak, and that this is as good as it's ever going to get.

Here's the deal, a while ago I found a Kurt Vonnegut novel, "Cat's Cradle" on my shelf, and read it, and loved it...and...yeah. A few days ago my dad told me he would get me a swearshirt from my swim team GMAC if I read John Steinbeck's novel "Cannery Row"

Don't! Stop! Believing!
The realization struck me today that there are two things that are consistently appearing in my every day life. One: Vlogbrothers/Nerdifghteria, which counts as one thing because of the "/" mark! Swim meets and goodbyes
I just recovered from yesterday's swim meet at CBAC (Chesapeak Bay Acquatic Club) on the St. Mary's college campus. Eh. Two days, many events, many heats, long, long time. I was only swimming two. 100 free which I got 1:17 on (I know, not the best time in the world, but seeing as this is my first year swimming I'm proud) and 100 breaststroke which I got 1:38 on. Mwaha, again not the best, but I'm proud. I never got last place either, so hOo! Yay.

Heart break ( Not over a guy either)
I just felt the need to share this, because I feel it was extremely injust and I wasn't sure if I was overreacting. Please tell me.
Only yesterday I posted several pictures on another website to act as visual aids for a story I am writing, called "A Moment Of Doubt". These pictures consisted of
1) A burning cross, with the words "The Burning Cross" across the picture
2) A statue of the virgin Mary, kneeling in praying in front of a burning church
