What does un-American mean?

I am an American, but I am still not 100% on what "un-American" means. I hear it all the time just about, does it mean it goes abainst what America stands for or what?  Please help.

(this is just a joke that we have at school) Just your average kid. I have a nick name (satan; because of my ability to not scar from fire, supressing emotions, and the ability to not feel pain!). I have an adoptive dad nick named jesus (from school) who has poligimst lesbian wives. I have two brothers and two sisters my brothers Tristen (not cool enough to have a nick name), and Javiair (because he is a Mexican pimp). My sisters are squishy (idk y she is called that anymore), and Gabbie (not deserving of a nick name) who is also my dads twin and his lover.
