This is my official "it's almost noon on january first and I'm not quite sober yet" post...actually, there's not too much to say. Worked until 10:30, caught a cab ride over to a friends house for a little partaying and then didn't get to sleep until about four or five. I can't believe it is 2008 already! My God, the year as zoomed by.

Well, I finished my 8th chapter two days ago, so I met my goal of finishing it before the new year. Now, I need to make a scarf (a red one, of course), and finish my next chapter before school starts up. God knows I won't be writing much then. Hehe. I figured here would be a nice place to blog, since most other places always have that super evil person that tears your words to pieces.

While participating in a New Year's snowball fight today, I got hit in the head with a shovel.

When asked how I felt, I pulled out a nice Looking for Alaska reference.

Ok, I know, I rant alot. Well, that depends on your definition of alot.

Ok, so this is like some public ranting journal entry. I went to the

singles ward for the first time yesterday. It was interesting. Well,

like I said, it was my first time and I didn't know what to expect.

There were a few people I know there, from high school and stuff.

Sadly, not much potential, so it looks like I will still be single for

Ever have that one girl that is over your head, but can't get out of

it? There is this one girl that I can get out of my head. I won't

mention names but she was my last date in college my freshman year

before I left on my mission. She was the most amazing girl I ever met.

OK, remember when you found out you were a nerdfighter. Well, I don't remember the date but I remember when I heard about it, I knew I was now a part of something bigger. Over 300 people in two days!!!! This is our year!!!! We will rise from obsurity and shine as the nerdfighters we are.

Well, definetly have to say Happy New Year to everyone (even though there's not many people here yet). I'm hoping (always hoping) for a better year this year, although last year wasn't too bad (actually not bad at all for the most part). I won't go into a giant speech about last year...it had its ups and downs. I'm definetly looking forward to new things this year and what the future holds for me next (who isn't?). Well, here it is the first day of 2008 and I am thinking I may need to make one resolution; I may need to set some limits on the time I am allowed to play here. It is wonderful to spend time with people that don't suck, but I still have to face the world, my job, my responsibilities, and continue to find people who don't suck in my own little town.

So now we're here. 2008. I hope this will be a great year filled with nerdfighter activities and lots of trombone playing. Happy new year to you all and don't forget it's 366 days till 2009 because it's a leap year this year, so everyone born on the 29th of february will be happy lol.

Time to post the pointless first blog. Which means it's only a couple lines long. I'll probably post the same blogs here as I post on Myspace. We'll call it the easy way out. :)

Well Happy New Year everyone! I just signed up for the nerdfighter.... pretty jokes if I do say so myself. Just wanted to let any nerdfighters who happened to stop by know that they should feel free to comment or message or whatever, cause nerdfighters are the best.

Whoa! This is totally insane! I might actually blog here... amongst fellow nerfighters... that'd be pretty awesome! And it seem's like this'll be the was to keep in contact with Hank and John, so I really have no choice...
I think this'll be a great way to start of the new year. =D
