Day 25: Banned books

In case you haven't heard, in the past week J.D. Salinger passed away at the age of 91. I was reading a small article about Salinger and at the end was an external link they led me to a list of banned books. This got me thinking about how stupid banning books is. Ahhhhhhh! I have no idea what on earth i am doing

Day 24: Gravity hated me

Here's my first tip:

1) Plan plan plan plan plan.

Think about what you are going to do before you do it. Sometimes life will drop a stranger in need in your lap, (although I hope its not literally) but most of the time you need to plan ahead.

For my next 31 days, I've already planned for 15 things.

By planning I mean have a general idea of what you want to do.

Portland Cello Project

This evening, my orchestra teacher took a few of us out to see the Portland Cello Project.

We left at 6:15 and meant to get there by 7:40. It took place in a cafe called the "Red Room" in Kennewick Washington.

The four of us walked into a dimly lit room where coral-shaped lamps hung from the ceiling and cast shades of crimson and sapphire and flaming orange all over the walls and floor.
