Well well, I have not made a blog post about a project in a really long time and I apologize for that. Anyway now the time has come for such a post and this project is called, as you can tell from the title, Project X.
Now the thing is that the whole project is kind of secretive and does not really speak of what it is, but from what the head of this project told me it is going to be awesome!
Okay, I can’t really only say “Hey look, time to get excited about…Continue
Hello nerdfighters! I don't know if you've heard, but here in the UK a great number of libraries are set to close and in America, Borders has announced the closure of hundreds of bookstores. I find this to be very sad news indeed. Ever since I was really little, libraries have been my 'happy place.' Whenever I felt out of place at school, picked on or bullied, I'd escape into the nearest library and into a favourite book. I used to suffer from panic attacks when I changed schools (which…
Yes, I really did call my Mayor's office and ask if I could talk to him on camera and, yes, I really did do it. Started out as brain crack, as these things generally do, and then I had to make it real in order to get it out of my head.
Seattle and Portland Shows:

The Triple Door, Seattle, WA -- 7:30 pm
[Opinion alert! This blog contains a multiplicity of opinion and little hilarity, take my word for it.]
This is not your average bear image blog. I have been seeing far too many images that are irrelevant, repetitive or simply annoying; so I hope I can inform the masses as to the most appropriate images to upload, IE:…
A Vlogbrothers first...BED VLOG!!! Well...there was that time John vlogged from a hospital bed actually. We're pretty hardcore about this.
I will be playing shows in Seattle and Portland with Paul and Storm and Mike Phirman, (who are absolutely hilarious musical comedians.) Sorry I seem to only do west coast stuff...just just so much CLOSER! The shows are $20.
Let me let you guys in on a secret... this time last year I could tell you that I read very little at all in the last three years, and this I thought needed changing. So I decided to set myself a task, find a genre, a subject or maybe a series of books, and read the hell out of them. This may sound random to people but I really enjoy reading, always have. I just had very little time to do so. That had to be changed, I…
Hello nerdfighters! Sorry for the minor delay in posting this, I am very ill. But still, I bring you bookish news, links and a new monthly feature. Let's start with the bookish news. It's already mid-February, and the blurbing book club is still reading Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. It's a really fun, sweet and romantic read, I hope more of you will pick the book up and…
My internet seems to be haphazard recently, so I am afraid this entry into the featured archives is slightly late. Good tidings for half-price chocolate day! Clive Davidson's image blogs: All the pics in fits of print.
Somebody needs to make a compilation video of Vlogbrother artwork.
Now I've been an unashamed bookworm my entire life. I've skipped parties and dates to read my book, and sometimes even at parties or dates I've been known to keep a book in my handbag, just in case. Reading is just a part of who I am, and I'm really bewildered sometimes when it occurs to me that not everyone is as book crazy as I am.
What I love most is when I see other bookworms around. Meeting bookish people in my real life, talking to bookish people through my own blog,…
Next week I am going to teach an all day "course" to one of my friends about Nerdfighteria. She wants to know it in-depth - it is all day, so I have time, but I really need to know what to cover. I'm a long time nerdfighter, as in 2007 long time, but I still feel like when we get out of the lesson, i'll say something like "OH-WAIT, PEEPS!" That would be terrible. So i'm doing the nerdy thing: I'm going to write a formal lesson…
