The day before the day before freedom.

So...I'll bet your wondering where I have been this week. The truth of the matter is, studying for finals! I've been so busy, getting music for fall tryouts, setting up pre-Band Camp lessons, taking all those stinkin' tests, but tomorrow, I'll be free! Took my final test in sixth hour. Not much to write though. Just the norm. Hung out with friends, sang, played the flute, ate, cleaned myself, slept, got tormented by Kenzie. A summer full of Full Circles.

Being out of the loop, Semester testing, and M&Ms

It's been a pretty normal week so far. Went back to school Monday, and everything was like it has always been. Except for two things. Corie Jo seems to have overcome her skirt and lip gloss phase and is back to hanging out with the guys and trying to get herself a real man. Some habits die hard, I suppose. The Choir Queers hit Showtown, USA!

So we went to Branson! We had a blast doing it and our concert went great! (photos up in a couple of days) Since I have so much to say, here is a detailed itinerary of what we did, what happened, and who did what. Yayness!!!

Branson or Bust.

It's been an off the wall day. Scale tests, math tests, history tests, a gut-wrenching new Grey's Anatomy, another fight with my former best friend, and finding out that Scrubs is going for a seventh season. At a gay and fast gait.

I suppose you are curious about the title I have chosen for tonight's blog entry. I have two good reasons.

One, is things are too depressing around here lately. What's with the changes?

Lately, I've noticed changes among my friends. It started out small, but then grew to the point where it began to worry me, like today. People are changing into what they will become in high school. The prep, the band kid, the emo, the order we once knew is slowly collapsing around us, preparing for a vital change in school life for all of us. The second time around.

It's funny what you can learn the second time around. Like when we went to see spidey today. I sat by Bambi because he really really wanted the popcorn. Here are some of the things I learned from him about the movie that I didn't notice last week.

Prizes and Pizza.

So after reading the approved book lists, taking the tests on them, and sending them to the librarian, all thirteen of us went to Incredible Pizza in the city. For those of you who aren't familiar with Incredible Pizza, it's like Chucky Cheese but with better games, more focused on teens, and with worse food. Operation! (It's not just a game)

As you may or may not know, over the last few months, I have had one of the human bodies most disgusting features, and ingrown toenail, complete with blood, swelling and other oddities. I know, totally nasty, but very common, after one doctors visit, a run of antibiotics, and a lot of gaging along the way, i fanally had it removed today! Concert Daze.

Yes! the day has finally arrived for us to strut our stuff and give a spectacular concert. It's tonight at 7:00, so we'll all be home in time for Grey's Anatomy. Raging Hormones at their best!
