EPIK Orientation and Aloha from Hilo

EPIK Orientation was great. It was so invigorating being around all the new teachers. My presentations went well and I was shocked by how well they were recieved by the new teachers, who turned out to be ravenous for information. I met some wonderful people and greatly appreciated the positive energy.

Okay! I haven't posted on this thing in forever, but I figured I'd put this out there real fast. I'm here, in San Francisco. Well I am in a more positive frame of mind now. Yay. I am not getting a visa. Boo. I have to go back to the US BOO.

So, today I rode my bike to Barnes and Noble (I don't have the luxury of a car since I am a lowly college Frosh) and I realized that I actually really like to ride my bike. Ever since I got my liscence, I haven't really been on a bike ride, but its a lot of fun.... once you get past all of the peds in the bike lane (which is extremely annoying). So, anyways...
