I have absolutely no idea if I can do this, but I'm going to try. The Novel in 3 Days contest begins this Saturday, September 5th and ends at 11:59 PM on Labor Day Monday. They do it every year and I'm going to try it this year. Am I really going to submit the form? Because it's $50 Canadian and I don't know if I'm willing to compete for best book and have it published for $50. I suppose I can judge it after I finish writing. I'd love to not be doing this by myself so if anyone else is reading… Continue
This is who I am right now. I am the lonely teenage girl who doesn't know what to do, or where to turn. I guess that I've always kind of been that girl; lost between what she thinks she knows, and her inevitable insecurities. I've been an insecure person as long as I can remember. Maybe its part of being human, or maybe it's just part of being me. Either way it causes many unwelcome annoyances. Like now. I have been spending most of my time recently depressed over something that I have no real… Continue

Have any of the Nerd Fighter Harry Potter Fan's seen the Very Potter Musical on youtube? I just recently watched it, and loved it so much, I recorded the studio recordings from imeem.com that they have and made me a sound track. Have any of you seen it? What did you think of it?
I recently became a nerd fighter and just finished watching all the videos in order. Took me about 3 weeks. Here is some of what I learned from my viewing.
1. If you have income due to a fishing boat, there is a form for that.
2. Putting things on your head is always an option.
3. There is no them and us.. only us.
4. A dedicated NerdFighter that has only recently been introduced to Bro2.0 needs a lot of spare time to start at video one and go… Continue
The one where about thirty seconds or less of my video has motion blur, but I say the whole thing is going to be that way. I didn't keep the whole thing going because a) time consuming and b) I had just gotten home from work at six forty am which meant that c) I wouldn't have gotten any sleep. Just imagine that the whole video is just like the beginning.
Also, that drilling noise is my dad working on something. I dunno, he just grabbed a power tool and… Continue

Shakespeare is a towering figure in the literary world, still casting a long shadow even more than four hundred years after his death. Or rather, his name is so tied to his works--his words--that everyone who has ever seen Juliet speak the lines, "Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?" knows of Shakespeare. William Shakespeare the man, however, is a dim figure. So little is known about him that some historians question whether the works of Shakespeare were… Continue

One of the funniest videos ever is the one in which John answers questions (real questions, of course, from real nerdfighters) about Love and Romance and he says something about smart girls and I loved it. So...I designed this shirt. http://www.customink.com/designs/circle/14005339-2994723/share/?cm_mmc=share-_-emailb-_-button-_-end
What do you guys think? Does it need more on the front? Should the text not be on the back? Different color? Would you buy it?
....and I don't meen Hank Green,Blue Skies,Neil Cicerega under rated.I meen really under rated, like when you are the only one that has heard of the person.Take Louie Jannetty. The clostest I can get to people knowing who he is,is that he works in the same company as the guy that made Potter Puppet Pals. The only place I've seen people that know who he is,is the website of the film studio he works at,because he is in quite a few of the video the company makes.A lot of people know about him… Continue

This post is about how taxes and spending fit into the economy and the problems they create. This post is intended to support the Island of Nerdfighteria project, but should be general enough for anyone to read.
First of all, people and businesses have assets, cash, and services. Normal actions in the economy involve trading assets, cash, and services between people for mutual benefit. When they trade, they do so voluntarily.
Sometimes, they set up contracts, so that they… Continue

(Write a review of Taking Leave in your blog. Doesn't have to be in-depth (though that would be fantastic), but it should be more than one sentence. It should also include a hyperlink to Taking Leave's purchase page (which is here). You can talk about your opinion of the album in how it stacks up against other recent releases, or go through and review each song individually. Totally up to you, just review it.)
^that is just there so i remember what i'm doing, as said in the previous… Continue

My friend Lucy has just gotten a blog and is really excited about it, she want me and all our other friends to get one so i'm writing something now.

Why hello there, although at this present time it is unapparent if anyone is reading this, I thought i'd write about, what im sure is the strangest CD known to man, "Marshmallow Peeps Sing Along: 14 Sweet Tweets", and yes it is available on Amazon.com. I was in a dollar store when I came across this very CD, I could not belive it! I wanted to bring it home, listen to it, write a review, then become world famous amongst the Nerd Fighter community… Continue
