Things I’d Never Thought I’d Say #6: Don’t be a plunger!
TINTIS #7: Silly soap residue, Trix are for kids.
Today was actually a later day. I awoke at 8 and walked over the the pharmacy, Boots, to purchase a disposable camera due to my almost lack of space on my digital. I got back, had breakfast, and the all of us traveled to Westminster Abbey. Westminster Abbey was awesome. In this case, I am using the word correctly.… Continue

Online classes are not Tori friendly. I never do my work, the internet is just filled with such interesting things and I can't stop looking at them. I can't help it, I get really ADD online, it's a problem.
Anyway, I'm taking Creative Writing and it sucks. There isn't very much creativity involved and that bothers me. You don't put CREATIVE in front of a writing class and then make everything as boring as you possibly can, it's not right!
I won't even get into the… Continue

As a humungous fan of supernatural, I was a little disappointed when I watched the premiere of season six. However, now that the season is warming up I'm so excited. After watching the third epi today (The Third Man) I must say I'm really happy about the direction they're taking plot now. I was a little confused when theu dropped the whole Samuel story, but I'm sure it will pick up again soon. The third episode was good in quite a few ways, and contained something that we only started seeing… Continue

I'm going to do something slightly different today and review a series of games that I have played and enjoyed online. So, today's Review Wednesday is about The Riddle School series.
The Riddle School series consists of five different games, each game taking place in a different school (first elementary school, then middle school, then high school, then college, and then. . . well, then it just gets complicated). In each game, your goal is simple: to escape school. You have… Continue

Since I live in Chicago I go to Lollapalooza every year and see the bands that show up to play.
I'm always eager to expand my music library and today I did. I enjoyed new music from Neon Trees, Kaskade, and The Black Keys. Their music was very good, in my opinion.
But the main thing I wanted to talk about was Green Day.
I am a huge fan of Green Day. I absolutely love every song that they have ever written (Seriously)
Their performance was epic. They played way… Continue

Okay this is for The Black Knight
Sorry for confusing you so throughly during the chat but here is the explaination that anyone that is wondering about how I speak might want to understand first.
1 thing you need to understand is that I am an Army brat, in other words I've moved about 17 times in my living years. During that time I lived out of the country twice. Sense I don't want to go to much into details I will try to be exact on somethings while vague on others. First… Continue

Okay so I went on Nerd Fighter chat today and I don't know if I'll be able to towards the end of day anymore due to something I like to call OPPS ......
OPPS.. Though usually reasonable and fun to get along with has crossed the line. Due to OPPS I nearly got grounded for all eternity. My Parents due not trust the internet and neither due I which is why I'm pretty guarded about personal information. As you might have noticed, I have not post my last name,… Continue

Okay guys, I've been inspired! lol Just kidding but you guys made me feel alot better after my last post. I've deciced I'm gonna figure out my own classification eventually but untill then I'll remain Unclassified. SO though I'm not so good a music their is one thing that I think I'm realitivily good at and that is wrighting lyrics. If any of you want to make up the music to it, make a video and post it as a song I'm fine with it, in fact if you guys do and I like it enough I'll name an… Continue

OKay I'm a new nerdfighter! and of course I've been called a nerd by my sister plenty of times... gotta' love that sibling rivalry! But basically I'm an inbetween Nerd at the moument. I've always loved music and art and drama and such. and I lOVE to perform.. but I have an interesting problem. In order to explain this I will put it into a couple of parts.
Part 1- Dreams Die
I, like many little girls, had a lot of dreams at a young age. The first was to be… Continue

Yes, that is probably the strangest title in the history of titles and yes there are forty-two days until may the Twenty-fifth.
May 25 is a popular day for things to happen. Of the many examples of this, my favorites are Nerd Pride Day and Towel Day.
History of Nerd Pride Day:
Created in Spain as 'día del orgullo friki' literally: Day Of The Pride Nerd or Nerd Pride Day.
It's on may 25th to… Continue

Okay, so if you're an avid House watcher and didn't see this episode, I have only this advice: DON'T READ UNLESS YOU WANT IT RUINED FOR YOU!!!
Now that we've narrowed it down to people who DID see it and people who don't really care, I'll get to the spoilers. Did anyone other than myself think that killing Dr. Kudtner as an attempt at drama was no more than a... fail?
Here's the thing with House: almost everything that can be premeditated is. There are almost always hints… Continue

Okay, I have fifteen minutes until it is technically tomorrow. Eep!
I realize that maybe this blog should have come a bit earlier, but sometimes I like to do things out of order. Shake it up. Confuse people. Actually, it's usually just because I forget to do whatever it is I should have done in the first place. :)
I think for this Blog I'm just going to make a list of things you may or may not want to know about me. And I'm going to start out with telling you now that I'm… Continue

You know how sometimes, the best sounding thing you could imagine is just a long, hot shower? Well today was one of those days.
For financial reasons, my husband and I had to move in with his parents for a bit. It's working out pretty well so far, except for the occasional bouts of insanity brought on by being married, 25 years old and living with my in-laws in a fairly small space. We live in the basement which has a bedroom, a (very) small living area and a full bathroom, so things could… Continue

I am REALLY REALLY bored... well, actually, I SHOULD be sleeping right now, but I don't want to... so, I decided to blog! yay!
Not like anyone's going to read this...
I've been thinking about making a video blog for youtube... but I lack the courage to actually make one. And what will my parents say?! It'll seem like I'm talking to myself in my room! And there's no way that they'll understand the importance of youtube, anyway...
Plus, if anyone… Continue

Continuing with Tuesday.
On Tuesday I did the usual yard work then started more work on the scholarship essays. I also checked my grades for last quarter, which aren't up yet. Then I paid the last housing payment for the school year. Always good to get that over with. Much of Tuesday involved sitting on the couch with my laptop and the television on. I had left overs for lunch. It seems like I'm the fridge cleaner in the house, always eating left overs. Must be somebody else's job… Continue
