So there is a Nerdfighter trying to do some awesome right now!She made a video for ALS. If you don't know what that is, it is explained in the video. Basically she needs your help to raise money for ALS patients. What she wanted to do was get 100 subscribers by January 19th, 2012 [her birthday] and ask that everyone of those 100 subscribers to donate two U.S. dollars to the cure for ALS. Giving it a total of 200 U.S. dollars [and the 100 she'll be contributing making it a new total of 300].…

Someone came into the chat a little while ago linking a small project a few people are doing over on ustream.tv. So I looked into it. A group of teenagers have been playing Pokemon for the last few days live in order to raise money for the Japanese Disaster. They have been going non-stop for a few days and will continue to do so until 7PM (GMT) tomorrow.
