I Am Fish
Sometimes I wonder what it’d be like to be a fish. Floating, soaring, swimming in the deep. Wispy tendrils of fins floating around me. Dancing gracefully beneath the surface of the cool. Effortlessly diving deep then rising up following the ebb and flow of the tide.
It seems a graceful dance, to be a fish, it seems like effortless splendor. Bubbles floating by me, the ocean gracefully breathes in and out, the seaweed dances in a breeze as I float on high above them. Deep…
ContinueOver the past couple of days, music has been quite literally taking over my brain.
I have recently discovered the other songs that Gotye has written/performed. Gotye, for those who don't instantly recognize his name, is the guy who sings Somebody That I Used To Know. I love his work. It's gorgeous.
But anyway...
I'm just in awe of music. Gah. Words can barely express it. It's times like these where I wish I could…

Love and Romance of Trolls. HS
Their understanding of romance is divided into halves, and halved again, producing four quadrants: the FLUSHED QUADRANT, the CALIGINOUS QUADRANT, the PALE QUADRANT, and the ASHEN QUADRANT.
Each quadrant is grouped by the half they share, whether horizontally or vertically, depending on the overlapping properties one examines. The sharpest dichotomy, from an emotional perspective, is drawn between RED ROMANCE and BLACK ROMANCE.
RED ROMANCE,…

Crazy Nerdfighter Pick-Up Lines
I wanted to blog.
Though this is not entirely what I had in mind...I think this will suffice as something to blog about.
Viewer discretion is advised...you may not be able to handle the six pick-up lines I am about to type for you.
"So, I saw you wearing your Pizza John T-shirt a few days back, and, uh, I think it's pretty jokes."
"It might be just me, but something about the way your fingers furiously fly across your calculator is…

My life, my love, and what I've learned
So, growing up is pretty complicated. I can't really stress that enough, and maybe some people out there that are possibly even older than me that really wouldn't relate. But I can say that I've grown up fast. And not in the way that you picture a 17 year old to be grown up, but I mean my life, my state of mind, and the ideas of the path I want to take have matured to the point that I see a lot of nearly 30 year olds struggling to get to. And it hasn't been easy.
I started…

Dietrich Bonhoeffer, The Cost of Discipleship, and my views on interreligious dialogue
I began reading Dietrich Bonhoeffer's biography along with the man's The Cost of Discipleship a few weeks ago. As I read it, I became profoundly inspired by Bonhoeffer, as well as challenged. Bonhoeffer was born in 1906 to a family of scientist, musicians, and scholars in Germany. He became a theologian, paster, founder of the confessing church, spy, and eventually martyr. He worked to assist Jews in Nazi controlled Germany and was part of numerous plots to assassinate Hitler…

Kinda Wish I Knew What To Write About... Eheh
I like music a lot. I also like politics a LOT. And I also love comedy. I really want to have all of these as a profession but I hate having to pick and choose ;-;. I think I'm just gonna go with becoming a comedian. I love to write funny things and make people laugh. Also it seems like the least corrupt business out of the three. Comedy, actually just performing alone, is something I've always found fun and fascinating. I love to see the reaction I can get and build something more…

Please, donate to Eyes Alight!
I don't know if I may be asking to much of people here but I urge you all to donate to the wonderful, worthy, inspiring charity that is Eyes Alight. This charity suprisingly means quite a lot to me and I hope you all share my opinion that raises money for them. So if you do n the odd occasion have a bit of spare change, £1, £10, £100, I truly do urge you to donate it to this charity as I have never really seen a charity that could deserve it more. (P4A is also like this).

Symbolic Vessels
(Also posted on my DA account here- http://fav.me/d4nzq6r)
I had a dream last night which pretty much seems to sum up my life at present:
I am stood at a quay by a jetty, across an expanse of water a distant shore can just be glimpsed, this is where I need to go, and I'm in a hurry.
From here you can borrow boats as long as they come back here eventually, there are no boats although there are many spaces to contain them, so I…

Social Network Editorial
This is an editorial I had to write for school.....arrgghh I don't like it...
In the world today everyone hope that this social network fad is passing. But in
reality everyone knows it will most likely stick around. The people cannot be sufficed with
calling their friends. They need to go on Twitter and read peoples tweets to find out every
little thing people are doing wether it be amusing or utterly humilitating.
The biggest argument that social…

Life in a [freakin] Day
Some of you may not of heard about Life in a Day, I would of hoped that you had, as it is a creation of the awesomeness that is youtube. For those of you that don't know Life in a Day is a film put together by a production company called Scot Free, but it was filmed by youtubers from all over the world on a single day- July 24th 2010. Now I'm guessing that most of you can't really remember what you were doing on July 24th 2010, well nor can I to tell the truth but I can remember what a…

Book Review: Will Grayson, Will Grayson
Okay, so, I started reading this book because I got into Nerdfighteria and was like wow, I really should read John Green's books they sound really good-- and Will Grayson, Will Grayson was the only one the library nearest me had (also, I spent all of Sunday frantically searching for a library near me--having just moved for school--for the sole purpose of reading John Green's books).
At first I wasn't sure I liked it. Then I started to find it entertaining. Then I got so into it that…
